In this policy ‘ AFRODITI A.E’ means Golden Milos Beach House by Domotel and its affiliated companies, as they may exist from time to time, which include, without limitation, the subsidiaries which carry on business that use the following names: ‘AFRODITI A.E’ and Golden Milos Beach House by Domotel. The words ‘we’ and ‘AFRODITI A.E ‘ do not include third party Company owners or third parties involved in the delivery of services, however we have requested such Company owners and third party suppliers to abide by the terms of our Privacy Protection Policy.
In this policy, personal information means information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, e-mail address or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available and is not part of your work identification.

It also includes information on user preferences and usage, when such information is supplied to or recorded by AFRODITI A.E in the course of transacting business with an individual.

The Privacy Protection Policy does not apply to information regarding AFRODITI A.E corporate customers. However, such information is protected by other AFRODITI A.E policies and practices and through contractual arrangements.

Our company collects and processes personal data directly requested from the candidates applying to work at our hotel during the evaluation of their résumé and their recruitment.

This data includes:

  • identification details, such as full name, date of birth, gender, ID card number, residence permit details for foreign nationals, etc.,
  • family status information (e.g. number of children),
  • employment-related and payroll management data (e.g. hiring or termination date, job title etc.),

Our company does not make decisions about employees based on automated processing.

In exceptional cases, the company collects and processes data that falls under special categories of personal data (sensitive personal data), such as health-related information, but only in such exceptional circumstances and solely to fulfill its obligations, and only when such data is necessary for the functioning of the employment relationship.
